Dana Morrey, Vice President-Human Resources, is responsible for Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Learning and Development. She joined Hines in 2004 as a one-person recruiting department. In 2008, she was promoted to Director of Recruiting and continued to provide full-scale recruiting services across the U.S., including the coordination of the firm’s college recruiting programs. In 2011, her responsibilities expanded to include employee relations where her team manages the firm’s background screening process, global employee engagement survey, research and communication of U.S. employee policy updates, and is a resource to all of the firm’s employees and managers for employee relations issues. In 2013, her responsibilities expanded once again to include Learning and Development. During her career, she implemented Hines’ first applicant tracking system, developed several manager-training programs focused on recruiting, strengths-based performance management and employee relations, and is currently implementing Learning Management and Talent Acquisition systems for the firm. Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1995.
