Juliet Breeze, M.D. graduated from Northwestern University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English. In 1995, she earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed residency training in Family Practice at Memorial Hermann Southwest in 1998 where she received the Norma Culver Outstanding Family Practice Resident award. She founded a private practice in Richmond, Texas and worked in group practice for four and half years before leaving to pursue the business aspect of medicine.

She served as the CEO of Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic for ten years and the President of Kingsland Surgery Center for three years. During her career she has project-managed design, construction, and operations for several hospitals, surgical centers, and physician practice start-ups. She also serves as managing partner at Vantage Hospice, Sugar Land Physician Partners, and Next Level Management Solutions.

Currently, her main focus is on her role as CEO and Medical Director of Next Level Urgent Care, LLC where she is able to combine her business skills with her primary care background. Next Level Urgent Care provides a cost-effective alternative to emergency care after-hours in 9 locations across Houston. Next Level Urgent Care also provides occupational medicine services for some of Houston’s largest employer groups.

Dr. Breeze and her husband are active medical volunteers at community events and in the charitable organization, Fort Bend Cares. In her free time, she loves traveling, language study, and cooking. She also enjoys time with her husband, children and host of pets.
