Kim Craig is an accomplished financial executive with twenty-seven years of experience in the energy, public automotive, offshore construction and chemical industries. Her background spans all areas of the Finance function and includes building and managing best-in-class Finance, Treasury and Risk operations where she has championed change in the most difficult of economic environments.

Craig received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance, cum laude, from Oklahoma State University. Her involvements include, National Association of Corporate Treasurers, National Association of Female Executives, Child Advocates of Houston, Houston World Affairs Council, and Oklahoma State University and Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni Associations.

Upon graduation from OSU in 1988, Kim started her career with Conoco, a global integrated energy company, where she was selected for and successfully completed the company’s Management Development Program. Other positions include leadership roles with Columbia Energy Group, formerly one of the nation’s leading energy services companies, Duke Energy Corporation, a frontrunner in electric power generation, Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a top five retail consolidator of auto dealerships in the United States and United Kingdom, and Global Industries, Ltd., formerly a principle solutions provider of offshore construction, engineering, platform installation, and diving to the oil and gas industry worldwide with interests in North America, Central and South America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Currently, Kim serves as Vice President and Treasurer for TPC Group, a privately held global leader in providing a diverse range of quality products to chemical and petroleum-based companies around the world, where she runs the Treasury, Credit & Collections, Payroll, Property Taxes, and Risk & Insurance functions. She also serves as the Chairwoman of TPC’s Investment Committee.
