Rashard Johnson joined CHI St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital in July 2015. He oversees support and ancillary services such as Plant Operation, Clinical Engineering, Environmental Services, Food Services, and Inpatient and Outpatient Therapies. In addition, Rashard holds responsibility for outpatient clinics, including our Wound Care Center, Performance Medicine, and Sleep Centers.

Prior to his relocation to The Woodlands, Rashard served for five years as the Assistant Vice President of Support Services for UT Southwestern University Hospitals and Clinics in Dallas, TX. In this role, he provided executive leadership for the support services division of Clements University Hospital and University Hospital Zale Lipshy, comprising 640 beds and 16 clinics. Prior to joining UTSW, he held leadership positions at Jackson Health System in Miami, the VA Healthcare System in Miami, and at the Department of Elder Affairs.

Rashard earned his master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of ACHE and served on the board for the YMCA of Dallas – South Park Family and held the office of DFW Chapter President of NAHSE.
