Rhonda Rubinstein is vice president of Total Customer Experience (TCE) and Quality for HP’s Enterprise Group and is a member of the Enterprise Group Senior Leadership team. In this role, she is responsible for driving the EG customer experience and quality vision and strategy and ensuring that the Enterprise product and service portfolio achieves industry-leading quality and availability and provides a differentiated experience for HP’s customers. Rubinstein is also engaged in multiple industry councils and is a Baldrige Executive Fellow.
Rubinstein leads the team that drives worldwide quality, customer satisfaction, supportability, and technical product documentation. The team works with groups across HP to enable the highest quality and the best customer experience.

Previously Rubinstein was the vice president of TCE and Quality for HP’s Industry Standard Servers (ISS) business, where ISS led the industry in customer loyalty. She has served in a variety of other regional and corporate roles within HP, including leadership positions with the Small and Medium Business customer segment and Solutions/Alliances, as well as managing the third level support and escalations for all EG products and services.

Prior to joining HP, Rubinstein worked for NCR Corporation and held positions in solutions, alliances and server product management.

Rubinstein received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University’s (NYU) Stern School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York, Binghamton. Rubinstein is active in supporting multiple diversity and inclusion efforts at HP. In 2005, she received the Leadership in Technology Award from The Association for Women in Computing.
