Naila Seif is Vice-President in charge of the Microsoft Strategic Alliance worldwide for HP, Inc. Her responsibilities include negotiating and managing multi-billion dollar business and marketing agreements that directly impact the PC revenue of a top 20 Fortune company.

Naila is a multifaceted global business and marketing executive who has been a key part of several start-up ventures within large organizations that ultimately led to whole new product categories. Prior to her current worldwide position she led the alliances function for HP’s personal systems group in the Americas driving the go-to-market motion with HP’s strategic alliances partners.

Prior to her role in the Americas, Naila was Director of Mobile Solutions for the Mobile Global Business Unit of HP. During her 20 year tenure with the company she has held a variety of senior management positions in product marketing and strategy development.

Naila’s career took her from Motorola to starting her own consulting firm to Digital Equipment and then HP.

Outside of her corporate responsibilities, she serves as the President of a Houston-based non-profit, “Friends of Egyptian Children with Cancer”. This non-profit is fairly unique, with very low-overhead expenses which enables over 95% of all funds raised to go directly to underwrite medical care and rehabilitation of underprivileged children in Egypt.

Naila is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Cairo University and an MS in Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley. She is the recipient of the 2006 Association for Women in Computing Award for Leadership in Technology and was selected as one of the Top 20 Business Women in Houston in 2015.
