Sarah D. Monty-Arnoni is a named partner, leader of the immigration practice group and board certified in Immigration and Naturalization law. She counsels employers in all aspects of employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas, permanent residency, citizenship, policy development and compliance with the ever -increasing regulations applicable to both U.S. employers and the foreign nationals whom they employ. Sarah’s clients have encompassed investors, emerging and mid-sized businesses and large corporations in a variety of industries, including energy, health care, IT consulting, oil and gas, financial services and the import/export of consumer goods. Sarah also assists clients in performing Dzimmigration due diligencedz in preparation for corporate restructures and merger and acquisition transactions. She routinely assists foreign nationals at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad to facilitate the issuance of visas necessary to enter the U.S. Sarah is licensed in the Southern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She represents employers and foreign nationals before the Depar tment of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Justice and National Labor Relations Board.
